attendant less than helpful, simply pointed to a wall of frames and said "pick out what you want", no help with fitting, adjustments, etc.
My wife went to buy some glasses, they made her choose and try on some and the problem arose when she paid them, they did not answer her in the insurance for 10 minutes, I spoke directly with the insurance company and they asked me for the number of the store and spoke with someone from the store, there should be no problem with the lens coverage but the person who was attending to my wife did not want to help her anymore, said that she had already lost a lot of time and that she had to attend to other customers , my wife left the store without glasses. How sad to have people who do not know how to serve customers with ease, if they already know how insurance works, they should be more understanding and passive.

I went into the store on 12995 South Cleveland Ave Fort Myers, Florida 33907. Store # 239. I Had the best service ever. Jose Lebron is the best. On May 26, 2021 I had a funeral to go to. My glasses broke, I had a flight to New York that evening not knowing if they would be able to get me a pair of glasses at least to go to the funeral, Jose told me he'll talked to the manager with the help of Jose Lebron I walked out with 2 pair of glasses. I must have tried on 8 pairs during this time, but Jose Lebron recommended a pair for me and I loved them, just perfect for my face. I received excellent service, Jose did not seem like he was trying to rush, he was really nice. I Was told the glasses would be ready in two hours I got them before 2 hours, I got the text stating they were ready for pickup tried them on and would not change a thing. They were perfect! I went to 3 stores before that none of them was able to help me. This place is great and that was my first time into one of their stores. Now Jose you have a customer for life.

We were on our way to the airport and had to stop to have my granddaughter's glasses repaired. Hailey, Katie and Michael had us in and out in a matter of minutes and provided excellent customer service. Eyemart Express store #209
Wow!!! Can't believe the bad reviews!! My experience was very different. I got progressives and when I got home, they were uncomfortable and the reading part was too low. I returned the next day and the service was AMAZING! The manager there keeps and eye on everything and makes sure people are being helped. ALL the employees were kind and courteous. They completely replaced the glasses with no questions asked!!!! I was amazed.
I walked in. I had an appt. I had never been there before. They told me to sit down and they would be right with me. 35 min later asked me if I had checked in. Apparently you have to go to the back to check in. I went back and nobody around at the window. By then it had been almost an hour. I walked out. The service was terrible.
Hi myself personally working customer service if I called your facility and get on the phone and I hear a bunch of muffling and moving around I find that quite disrespectful now I don’t appreciate when I was asking my question that the customer service agent just cut me off and said no we don’t like that Medicaid I like to meet her and I’m not sure whatever customer service so should I was but you guys need to reevaluate your customer service I don’t appreciate being cut off that is one thing that pisses me off correct your customer service
If your serious about your eyesight, and want what you pay for, Do Not Go Here. In a nut shell, after numerous attempts they could not get my prescription correct. They forgot to put my transitions on my glasses, and the eyeglass cases were not the right fit for the glasses. They get offended quickly when your telling them that the prescription is not right. The male optometrist......I don't even know why he's there. They are just in it for the money. I'm never going back there, and every person I can tell, I'm going to tell them not to go there, or they will regret it
When you spend a few hundred dollars on 3 pair of glasses, ya kinda expect to be able to see out of them. I knew they weren't right when I picked them up, but the girl told me to "wear them over the weekend to see if you get used to them," but I couldn't take them back because the store closed soon afterward due to COVID. I later took them to my new eye doctor (because they have an in-house optical shop) and the optician told me the measurements for pupillary distance were wrong and the prescription was wrong. Would NOT recommend.

My visit was fine. My complaint is I ordered my glasses on Feb ,1 2021 was told they would be ready by 5pm on Feb 11,2021 . I called the store on the 11th from work and they said oh I’m sorry we had wrong number,and we sent the text to wrong person.When I ordered my glasses I told them I was going out of town and wanted to make sure I had my glasses.So was told I could pick them up on the 12th. Not blaming you for this it snowed the store was closed until 2 pm my flight leaves at 1:30 so no glasses until I get back!
I went into the store on Harbison Blvd, in Columbia, SC not knowing they would be closing in 30 minutes. I still received excellent service. I must have tried on ten pair during this time, but the clerk recommended a pair for me and I loved them. I was in and out of there right in those 30 minutes. The clerk did not seem like she was trying to rush, she was really nice. Was told glasses would be ready in two weeks, but I got the text stating they were ready for pickup on the tenth day. Went in, picked them up, tried them on and would not change a thing. They were perfect! Since I had pre-paid the first night I was there I was in and out this time in less than ten minutes. This place was great and my first time ever walking into one of their stores. So they more than likely now have a customer for life if I continue to receive the service I received this first time around.
They need to have a zero ! RUDE RUDE RUDE - they lost a sale ! I don’t care what prices they have I would rather pay a higher price then to helped by someone that doesn’t know what he is doing ! GOODBYE NEVER AGAIN !
